Free shipping. Cash on Delivery. Straightforward delivery. No unnecessary complications.

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders across India.

There are no additional shipping charges for standard orders or Custom Orders.

Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on eligible standard orders across India.

If you prefer to pay when your order arrives, simply select the COD option at checkout, where available.

Cash on Delivery is not available for Custom Orders. Custom Orders must be paid for in full before production begins.

Standard Orders

Standard orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours and typically delivered within 3–8 business days from the date of dispatch.

Once your order has been dispatched, we'll send you tracking information so you can follow its journey.

Custom Orders

Custom Orders are made specifically for you and require additional time for production.

Custom Orders are typically delivered within 10–14 business days.

Once your Custom Order has been dispatched, you'll receive tracking information so you can follow its journey.

Order Processing

We process standard orders as quickly as possible.

Please note that the 3–8 business day delivery timeframe for standard orders begins from the date of dispatch, not from the date the order is placed.

Custom Orders require additional production time, with delivery typically taking 10–14 business days.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive tracking details by email or through the contact information provided at checkout.

If your tracking information hasn't updated for a few days, don't worry. Courier scans can sometimes take time to update.

If you believe your order has been delayed beyond the expected delivery window, please get in touch and we'll be happy to help.

Delivery Delays

While we work with reliable delivery partners to get your order to you on time, occasional delays can happen due to circumstances outside our control, including extreme weather, natural events, public holidays, or courier disruptions.
