Every KANSO garment is made in our own factory by skilled craftspeople. Keeping production in-house gives us complete control over quality while allowing us to build a workplace based on fair wages, safe working conditions, and respect for the people behind every stitch. Because great clothing begins long before it's worn.

One Fabric. Done Right
We use French linen, spun to 60 Lea and woven plain.
Flax is a longer, stronger fibre than cotton, and it moves air rather than holding it - which is why linen wears cool. It creases, and that is the point: the cloth relaxes into the shape of the person wearing it.
Nothing else competes for attention. No prints. No logos. Just a cloth that ages into itself.
The Details
You notice the fabric. These four decide how long it lasts.
Feed-off-the-arm side seams: one continuous pass, the raw edges fully enclosed. Slower to make, but it lies flat against you and never frays.
Real shell, not resin — each one cut, polished and cross-stitched on. Heavier in the hand, and it catches light the way plastic never does.
German Freudenberg interlining through the collar and cuffs. It holds its shape wash after wash — no bubbling, no curling at the points.
Core-spun Coats from Madura Coats, stronger than the cloth it holds and colour-fast to the last wash.

Buy less, keep longer — we mean it literally. We mend what we make, for as long as you own it. Spread across a decade of wear, ₹3,550 is a few rupees a wear.
Buttons, seams, hems, cuffs — send it in, we fix it, we send it back.
When it's genuinely worn out, send it back and we recycle the cloth.
We never replace this shirt with “next season”. We only make it better.
We started KANSO because we were tired of owning a lot and wearing a little. So, we decided to make one piece of clothing in each category, as well as they can be made, and we tell you exactly what's in it and what it costs. Your first size exchange is completely free — we’ll send the new size and arrange pickup of the first. We’d honestly rather get the fit right than process a return.
Yes. We offer easy size and product exchanges within our return window of 30 days.

Choose from a range of collar styles, cuffs, plackets, pockets, buttons, sleeve lengths and more to create a shirt that's uniquely yours. We also customise trousers.

Yes. You can send us a favourite shirt, and we'll use it as a reference for the fit of your custom garment. We will send it back with your shirt.

As each custom garment is made specifically for you, returns aren't accepted unless there's a manufacturing defect or we've made an error with your order.

Returns and Refunds
Our return window is 30 days from the day you receive the order.
Eligible items can be returned or exchanged within our return window if they're unworn and in their original condition.
