Returns/exchanges will be accepted within 14 days of delivery. We offer free returns and exchanges.

Return pickup failed. What next?
If the pickup fails, you'll need to send the package back yourself.
Can sale or clearance items be returned?
No. Items bought on sale, clearance, or labelled "Final Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged.
What if my item goes out of stock?
If your ordered item is unavailable, we'll inform you and refund the payment to the original payment method.

How long is the refund process?
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
